There is a group of friends.
One of them is very excited and said to their friends
See  I bought a new cell phone.
Second friend told him Wow come on you have to give party to all of us.
First friend is little  worried because he don't have  enough money to give party Although he decided to give party.
In evening they went to a hotel he gave grand party to his friends.
After completion of dinner his friends asked to him how did you arrange so much money for the party.
Then his friends came to know that he sold his cell phone.
His friends asked to him how he did like this?
he answered How can I be happy without you being happy?
His friend hugged him and said that "You idiot I knew you would do something like this.That's why I bought back the cell.Here is you gift"

When you are stress.

Close your eyes..for few minutes and just think about the place where you feel relaxed..

Gujarati Khandavi


Ingredients:

besan: 100 gm
Butter milk:300 gm
green chilli and ginger paste:as per taste
salt:as per taste
oil:As per reqired
mustered seed:half table spoon
curry leaves: 2-4

Recipe:
  • take besan into one big bowl and add chilli and ginger paste and salt as per requirements.
         now mix it well.
  • add butter milk into this mixture and blend it well.till mixture become homogeneous  
  • now take one pan and put it with low temperature .add mixture in to the pan and continously shake it.till mixture become thick.
  • now spread this mixture on the flat dish with carefully.thickness should be proper maintain
  • when it become cool cut into the strips and make roll of its properly
  • For tempering take oil into one bowl just warm it add mustered seeds when mustered seeds cracks, add curry leaves and put on flames for few seconds only.
  • add this tempering on the rolled khandavi.
