Be with your self..

When you are stress.
 you cant understand what to do in your life..what should not do..when this type of situation in front of you..you don't even know how to handle situation.
OK..now you think that what should i do...
First of all
Close your eyes..for few minutes and just think about the place where you feel relaxed..
Sit there.
for few minutes don't think anything just closed your  eyes..take long breath..
and without thinking anything feel relax..
and then start to talk with your self..and you will sure get solution how to deal with situation in best 
way.

"sometime you are only one who understand your self better than the others 
 .so talk with your self be with your self just try it may be it will give you best result.." 
Be with your self i m sure it will work...
