Gujarati Khandavi


Ingredients:

besan: 100 gm
Butter milk:300 gm
green chilli and ginger paste:as per taste
salt:as per taste
oil:As per reqired
mustered seed:half table spoon
curry leaves: 2-4

Recipe:
  • take besan into one big bowl and add chilli and ginger paste and salt as per requirements.
         now mix it well.
  • add butter milk into this mixture and blend it well.till mixture become homogeneous  
  • now take one pan and put it with low temperature .add mixture in to the pan and continously shake it.till mixture become thick.
  • now spread this mixture on the flat dish with carefully.thickness should be proper maintain
  • when it become cool cut into the strips and make roll of its properly
  • For tempering take oil into one bowl just warm it add mustered seeds when mustered seeds cracks, add curry leaves and put on flames for few seconds only.
  • add this tempering on the rolled khandavi.
